It's Time for a Change

That radio program I told you about. It'll start in the Fall of 2012. Since January of 2012 I've been playing with the format of the program and how I was going to present the best program while minimizing the fewest interruptions for commercials.

In May of 2012, I found the answer. Produce the program for PUBLIC radio stations. You know those stations that don't interrupt the program for commercials, but do request donations from time to time to cover expenses. I found a way to distribute the program to Public Radio stations, but also make the program available to other Internet Streamers, and LPFMs, Low Power FM Stations.

I'll change the name to Adult Standards and More and play the music I had been featuring on my Internet stream. More details will be forthcoming by July or August 2012.

If you have any Public stations in your area, or LPFMs, then keep them in mind. I am setting up another website where these stations can visit and sign up for the program. Just let them know there'll be a program you'd like to hear on their station this fall and there will be more details in July or August. Tell them there will be a very, very small fee for each program, but won't be any more than what the Tooth Fairy leaves for kids when they lose their teeth.
